She also worked at the Missouri Rehabilitation Center in Mt. Vernon for many years before retiring in the summer of 2006. Carolyn is a faithful servant of the Lord. She has a wealth of information about MVCC and the people of the community and church. We are blessed to have Carolyn serve the Lord here at MVCC, she is a valueable asset to all of us.
Mark is a 2004 graduate of
Central Christian College of the Bible
in Moberly, MO and has served as the preacher of MVCC since August of 2003. Mark's family include; Maria (Wife), oldest son Brent who has given Mark & Maria 2 wonderful grandchildren, Kyleigh, born on Jan. 12th 2007 & Kelby born on Sept. 23rd 2008, and youngest son Josh who is a Freshman at Evangel University in Springfield, MO where he plays baseball and is studying to be a high school teacher. Prior to Mark accepting the call to the full-time ministry he served as a Deacon, youth leader, teacher, mission committe member and more at Parkview Christian Church in Sedalia, MO.
Colton is a student at
Ozark Christian College
in Joplin, MO and has served as Worship Minister at MVCC since September 2008. Colton comes from a musical family with his dad serving as the Worship Minister at
Wentzville Christian Church
near St. Louis and his grandfather singing with a Christian group for several years.
Nelson is a student at
Ozark Christian College
in Joplin, MO and has served as Youth Minister at MVCC since September 2009. Nelson is from Quincy, IL where he went to high school and served as a youth leader at
